Notice is given that on April 1, 2026 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly open

separate sealed bids for Orono Forcemain 7113 Improvements, Project Number 802837, Contract

Number 25P335.

This project constructs a new 20-inch diameter fully redundant forcemain. The alignment follows the

existing 7113 alignment up to the intersection of Brown Road and North Shore Drive. At that point the

new forcemain follows Brown Road and the Dakota Rail Trail northeasterly to the connection point with

interceptor 7113A at Orono Orchard Road. Construction includes approximately 9,000 LF of open trench

construction and approximately 6,000 LF of HDD construction. The project also includes 16 structures

and internal mechanical improvements to lift station L59.
