NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Standard Specifications

For

One (1) New or Used Mini-Van

Sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) new or used mini-van will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 19 ^th . Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately following the bid opening.

The equipment consists of one (1) new or used vehicle.

Bid sheets, specifications and other pertinent information may be obtained by contacting Ryan Reid, Director of Administration, at P.O. Box 880, Dodge City, KS, 67801 or by phone at 620-225-8100. Specifications may also be obtained by going to the City’s website www.dodgecity.org/bids

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
