New Operations Center Renovations - HVAC

Project Description: Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for phased construction at their Operations Center under a multi-prime bid consisting of General, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing contracts. The HVAC Contract scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to: project coordination as it involves other trades; obtaining necessary permits; securing bonds as required by Owner; executing work related to net zero ready passive house goals; sealing mechanical and HVAC-related penetrations in the air barrier; coordination with other prime contractors; and management of scope of work impacted by other prime contractors.
