The Metropolitan Council is soliciting Prequalification Submittal Documents (PSD’s) for the

purpose of establishing a list of prequalified SPECIALITY CONTRATORs for slurry diaphragm wall

construction, dewatering, and tunneling to complete the Council’s upcoming New Fridley Lift

Station L32A construction project. The anticipated schedule for this prequalification is as follows:
