The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for the following services: assist, advise, facilitate, and
perform all aspects of the municipal bond issuance process for the Council and to facilitate or perform
municipal bonding post-issuance compliance requirements. The anticipated schedule for this
procurement is as follows:
RFP Issue Date March 10, 2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting March 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST
Questions Due March 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST
Proposals Due April 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST
Award June 2026
