MTS Electronic Equipment Maintenance
Contract Number 25P308
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for a technology service contractor to install,
maintain, and manage on-vehicle network, security, and routing devices on the on-demand
contracted bus fleet.
The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:
RFP Issue Date May 12, 2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting May 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM CT
Questions Due May 28, 2026
Proposals Due June 16, 2026, by 5:00 PM CT
Award November 2026
For the purposes of this contract, the Council has established a 3% goal for Metropolitan
