Request for Proposal RFP # 2026.804 Marching Band Trailer

Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD), located in League City, Texas, is seeking bids for the procurement and outfitting of one (1) to three (3) custom marching band trailers. The trailer will be used to transport instruments, uniforms, props, and related equipment for the Clear Creek ISD band programs. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified vendor who can deliver a durable, safe, and functional trailer solution that meets the specific needs of a large marching band program while also providing a strong visual identity through custom branding.

The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.

This RFP is due on October 23 at 2:00 PM. Late responses will not be considered.

Questions must be received by no later than Tuesday, October 20, by Noon. All questions will be answered by Addendum and posted in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.

To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in Ionwave. No mail-in proposals will be considered.
