A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted for the project. Interested parties are to meet at the Central Maui Landfill, Maui, Hawaii on October 8, 2025 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time. While attendance to the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting as the scope of this work requires significant familiarity of the existing site conditions. Interested parties may contact the County Engineers Ms. Elaine Baker (808) 270-7875, or via email

for directions to the site or with questions about the project.
