MODERNIZING EXISTING INTERCHANGES

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to collaborate with transportation
partners to gather data and feedback in order to examine deficiencies and prioritize improvements on the
363 service interchanges within the Council's planning area. The anticipated schedule for this
procurement is as follows:
RFP Issue Date September 10, 2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting September 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST
Questions Due September 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST
Proposals Due October 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST
Award December 2026
