Notice is given that on December 11, 2025, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and
publicly open separate sealed bids for 1-MN-310 Pipe-in-Pipe Rehabilitation, Project Number 809211,
Contract Number 24P212.
The work of this project includes the construction of 11 maintenance access holes, temporarily convey
average/peak wastewater flows of 1.2 and 7.7 million gallons per day and the rehabilitation of 6,700
linear feet of “pipe-in-pipe” sanitary sewer using cured in place pipe (CIPP) liner.
