Notice is given that on Tuesday September 15, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly

open separate sealed bids for Metro Transit Police Department (MTPD) Lighting Controls Replacement, Project

Number 62111, Contract Number 26P204.

The work of this project includes replacing the existing Touche’ brand lighting control system in the existing Metro

Transit Police Building with nLight brand controls.

This solicitation has been designated for award to a Metropolitan Council Underutilized Business (MCUB)

under the Council’s MCUB Select program. ONLY responses received from Contractors who are MCUBs

will be considered. MCUB means firms who, at the time the quote is submitted, are listed in the MCUB

Directory. The MCUB Directory may be found at https://mcub.metc.state.mn.us. More information on the

A site visit has been scheduled for: Thursday August 27, 2026, at 1:00PM CST, 560 N 6th Ave,

Minneapolis, MN 55411. Vendors should park in the Blue Lot and go to the main building entrance to the

East.
