Notice is given that on July 28, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly open

separate sealed bids for 2027 27878 LRT Over 35W Bridge Bearing Rehabilitation, Project Number 61800,

Contract Number 26P163.

The work of this project includes: Jack the girders of Spans 3 & 4 at Pier 3. Install a new replacement

bearing assembly at Pier 3 and service, clean, and paint all bearing assemblies on the bridge. Perform

concrete repairs and special surface finish to all exposed areas of the concrete substructures. Provide

the necessary traffic control and obtain permitting from MnDOT and other agencies as required. The

Blue Line LRT will be shutdown to allow the jacking of Spans 3 & 4 at Pier 3.
