75 NEW 2026/2026 LITHIUM GOLF CARTS LEASE

The Town of Bloomfield (“Town”) invites you to submit Bids based on the requirements herein for seventy-five (75) new 2025/2026 golf carts, including GPS, on a 6-year, 6-month skip pay (May-October, 2026-2031), lease for Wintonbury Hills Golf Course located in Bloomfield, CT. Bids must be received prior to 1:00 PM EST on October 6, 2025. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids may be submitted at any time prior to this date & time. One Original (clearly identified as such) & two (2) paper copies of the proposal plus a read only copy on a thumb drive shall be submitted to the attention of Town of Bloomfield, Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Attn: Joe Muraca, Purchasing Manager, 800 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield CT 06002. Any questions on the scope, submission and other requirements may be directed to the Purchasing Manager no later than Thursday, Sept 11th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. EST and will be responded to by Addendum to the original Invitation to Bid on the Town of Bloomfield and CT DAS website
