New Lake Hazel Owner's Representative

Project Description: Joint School District # 2, Meridian, Idaho, doing business as the West Ada School District, in accordance with Idaho Code §67-2320, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide owner’s representative services for the construction of an elementary school on an active school site. The project includes demolition of the existing school during Phase 2 and construction of replacement site improvements. This project is a priority capital improvement initiative for the District.
The Owner’s Representative is to act in the District’s best interest throughout the design, construction, commissioning, and warranty phases of the project. The selected firm will provide comprehensive project oversight to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with educational program requirements.
The District has already selected the architect and CM/GC for this project.
