Description: The Trust for Governors Island is hereby inviting to bid, though Skanska USA Building as the Trust Construction Manager, for Prepurchase Equipment for the New 27kV Enclosed Substation Project located on Governors Island, New York. The scope described in the Bid Invitation is funded in part by FEMA funds and as such, the Bidder must follow all FEMA requirements for this project.
