The Metropolitan Council (Council) is soliciting Prequalification Submittal Documents (PSDs)
for the purpose of establishing a list of prequalified SPECIALTY CONTRACTORs to provide
specialty construction associated with:
1. Anerobic digesters located at the Blue Lake Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF)
2. Anerobic digesters located at the Empire WRRF
The anticipated schedule for this prequalification is as follows:
Issue Date June 29, 2026
IFB Question Deadline July 17, 2026
PDS's Due on QuestCDN July 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM
Notification of Successful Prequalification August 2026 (estimated)
