Notice is given that on July 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly
open separate sealed bids for Hoists Replacement (M.J. Ruter Garage, East Metro Garage), Project
Number 62323, Contract Number 26P154.
The work of this project includes removal of existing vehicle maintenance equipment and replacing it with
new equipment at two (M.J. Ruter Garage, East Metro Garage) facilities. This new equipment includes
three parallels, one inground 2-piston, one inground 3-piston and 16 wireless mobile column vehicle lifts
for bus maintenance.

* 12:30 PM CDT at East Metro Garage, 820 L'Orient St., St. Paul, MN 55114
(park and gather along the north side, lower level, besides the stairs tower)
