The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Rural Transportation Assistance Program (RTAP) consultant services to assist in the design and implementation of training, technical assistance, research, and other related support services tailored to meet the needs of NH’s rural transit providers. The resulting contract from this RFP is anticipated to be effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030, with an extension of up to five years possible.
