PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE OF THE SOLICITATION IS TO ESTABLISH A CONTRACT WITH A VENDOR FOR A ONE TIME PURCHASE OF A NEW H & S CU-0430 ROW CROP CULTIVATOR OR DNR APPROVED EQUAL ATTACHED SPECIFICATION IN SAMPLE CONTRACT
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE ATTACHMENTS TO THIS EVENT. THE VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO REVIEW AND COMPLY WITH ALL REQUESTS THAT MAYBE REQUIRED IN THIS EVENT.
DNR WILL BE THE DETERMINING FACTOR IF VENDOR MEETS SPECIFICATIONS.
