Description: The Guilford NY Fire District is seeking to contract with a professional Architect/Engineering firm licensed in the State of New York to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications for the building of a New Fire Station. The Fire District is seeking qualifications from experienced resilience designers who are creative and qualified architects or engineers licensed to work in New York State. A qualified firm will have ability in planning, designing, determining feasibility of and overseeing construction of our new facility. Respondents should be skilled team leaders since it is expected that they will subcontract with other firms for specialized services and manage the work of other contractors.
