The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for assistance with the planning and execution of multiple
public-facing activities associated with the opening of the Green Line Extension. The anticipated
schedule for this procurement is as follows:
RFP Issue Date May 5, 2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting May 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST
Questions Due May 22, 2026
Proposals Due June 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST
Award September 2026
