Description of Work: The contractor shall provide all required services and equipment needed including infection control barriers, High efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters, tacky mats, routers, and finish work regarding renovating GI OR 4 space. All services performed shall be in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Field service engineers and/or technical support specialists must be licensed or contracted with the OEM to work on the equipment. All updates and upgrades must be approved and certified by the OEM. Reference below for the required services:
Equipment: Equipment to be installed is one (1) BARCO 55IN 4K SURGICAL DISPLAY.
Service to be Provided:
• Project management
o Coordination with all departments, personnel, and Stryker staff.
o Provide complete schedule.
o Schedule all deliveries.
o On-site supervision.
• Infection control
o Provide ICRA plan.
o Provide and install infection control per the ICRA plan.
• Debris cleaning
• Electrical services and equipment
o Cabling, routing, patchwork.
• Finish work (patch and paint walls, etc.)
o Patch and paint walls with lead lined sheet rock.
o Prep rooms for terminal clean. Hospital to complete final terminal clean.
o Remove all debris from project to hospital designated on site location.
