Notice is given that on May 13, 2026 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly open
separate sealed bids for Franklin O&M Redundant RCC HVAC, Project Number 63403, Contract Number
25P260.
The Work of this Project includes the installation of a new packaged rooftop air handling unit to provide
redundant backup to the existing RTU serving the Franklin Rail Control Center (RCC). The new RTU will
be connected to existing supply and return ductwork associated with the existing RCC RTU. Existing
electrical power and natural gas supply will be extended to serve the new RTU. New structural members
will be installed in the roof framing to support the new RTU curb and the curb will be flashed into the
existing roof.
