Notice is given that on October 15, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly
open separate sealed bids for Fan Wall System Installation at East Metro Garage, Project Number
64800, Contract Number 26P120.
The work of this project includes: This project replaces the existing HVAC return fan with two new Q-
PAC fan array wall systems, including demolition of existing equipment and structural support;
installation of new frame, sheet metal components, electrical equipment, power distribution, controls,
and all associated incidental work; programming and integration with the existing Building Automation
System (BAS); and testing, balancing, commissioning, and closeout to deliver a fully operational
system.
