EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT SERVICES

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for recruitment of various mid- to high-level management
positions and/or difficult to recruit specialized positions for the Council on an as-needed basis. The
anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:
RFP Issue Date March 26, 2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting April 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM CST
Questions Due April 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST
Proposals Due April 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST
Award June 2026
For the purposes of this contract, the Council has established a 9% goal for Metropolitan Council
