EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT SERVICES

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for recruitment of various mid- to high-level
management positions and/or difficult to recruit specialized positions for the Council on an as-needed
basis. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:
RFP Issue Date July 21, 2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting August 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST
Questions Due August 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST
Proposals Due August 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST
Award November 2026
For the purposes of this contract, the Council has established a 9% goal for Metropolitan Council
