Environmental Assessment and Abatement, Master Contract
Contract Number 25P267
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for Environmental Assessment and Abatement,
Master Contract 25P267, which includes the following services: environmental assessment,
testing, isolation, removal, and disposal of asbestos containing materials and/or suspected other
hazardous materials at any Metropolitan Council Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) or
lift stations, existing or future site, or other site within the region served by Council.
The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:
RFP Issue Date June 2, 2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting June 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM CT
Questions Due June 10, 2026
Proposals Due July 2, 2026, at 5 PM CT
Award November 2026
