The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Tulsa District is soliciting for the construction and installation of a new enclosed 20?x 32? Dock with 12?x 26? Slip, 4? Fingers, 6? HP, electric roll-up Door at slip opening, entry door at Bridge, Composite Decking, boat lift, and a 4?x 50? Bridge. Please NOTE: This solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is a responsibility item. Those without a NIST score in SPRS will be deemed NON-RESPONSIBLE and will not be eligible for award. The SPRS NIST Special Publication 800-171 website provides a comprehensive set of reference materials to assist you in this effort and includes guides, frequently asked questions, and tutorials. Quotes shall be valid for an additional 45 days past the date quotes are due. THE ONLY AUTHORIZED TRANSMISSION METHODS FOR SUBMITTING QUOTES IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION IS THROUGH THE PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE WEBSITE AT: https://piee.eb.mil AND/OR SUBMISSION THROUGH E-MAIL TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED. Quote submissions shall be uploaded to the PIEE Solicitation Module website AND/OR e-mailed to the Contract Specialist by the identified date and time. Amendment 0001 is to extend the solicitation period to Friday, 3 April 2026.
