The Operations Department and/or Board of Directors reserve the right to reject any and all quotes or any part thereof, and to waive informalities and to enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Cedar Rapids Community School District, in the County of Linn, State of Iowa. PART 1: STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT All submissions must be emailed to: bids@larsonconst.com Notice is hereby given that statements of qualificaitons will be received before 2 :00pm on Friday, February 13, 2026, for RFQ - Bid Issuance #3 - New Elementary at Van Buren ES Site Project as requested by the CMAR, Larson Construction. The District will only accept proposals submitted through bids@larsonconst.com The District bears no responsibility for delays or errors in submittal of response by the Supplier. Qualifications are due on Friday , February 13th at 2:00pm CST (our clock). Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received electronically before 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 5, 2026, for Bid Issuance 3 - New Elementary on Van Buren Site Project as requested by the Cedar Rapids Community School District. The District will only accept bids submitted through the District's Online E-Procurement portal system (IonWave). Email, fax or hard copy Submittals are not acceptable.
