Project Description: NEW Wa’a Trailer for Double hull OCIV (Hulls measure 23’ long 18” wide, each hull
approx. 200lbs).

Subject to prior approval if making substitutions, we reserve the right to determine
equivalency. Email with specs if making substitutions or if you have questions.
Quantity subject to change based on availability of funds. Quote must be valid for 90
days. Each line item to include all transportation and delivery charges to F.O.B.
destination
including storage, assembly, installation costs, disposal of packing materials and
any and all
applicable taxes.
Prefer a delivery date asap.

Under HRS 103D-310A(c), vendors must provide proof of compliance with all laws
governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to obtain a
copy of their
“Certificate of Vendor Compliance” via Hawaii Compliance Express and attach it to
their
