Description
This project will consist of site development and construction of a new district office complex
Valdosta City Schools which will include (1) 2-story structural steel building to house District
level personnel and (1) 1-story metal building for District level personnel for Food Service,
Custodial, and Maintenance. The construction location is the current site of Valdosta
Performing Arts Center located 3101 Barack Obama Blvd., Valdosta, GA 31602 and more
specifically immediately south of the existing performing arts building. In addition to building
construction, the project will include site grading, utility installation, and concrete and asphalt
paving immediately adjacent to each building.
