New Construction - Fire Hall

The Rural Municipality of Norton #69 and the Village of Pangman is seeking tenders from general contractors for the development of a new municipal fire hall located on Parcel# 204035431 - Blk/Par D-Plan 102411896 Ext. 0 which is located in the Rural Municipality of Norton No. 69. The parcel is located directly south of the Village of Pangman. The Firehall must be built to commercial standards in compliance with the National Building Code. The building permit that is required is to be applied for through Professional Building Inspections (PBI) White City, Sk. The completed building permit application must be submitted through the municipal office.

Schematic Drawings Completed & Geotechnical Investigation Completed

Specifications are as follows:

1. Prefabricated Post Frame Building with Engineered Blue Prints
2. Building Dimensions: 75’ x 70’
3. 4 bays with 14’ x 14’ electric overhead doors
4. Automatic Sensor Lights
5. 4 walk-in doors
6. Cement Floors with draining system
7. 2 bathrooms rough plumbing (framing and finishing will be completed locally at a later date)
8. 1 service/utility room – Framed and Finished
9. HVAC System
10. Electrical Metallic Tubing Conduit – Walls and Ceiling
11. Tinned interior/exterior
