Victoria County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms desiring to provide new construction building commissioning services for a 41,000 square foot Mental and Behavioral Facility. The commissioning agent will be engaged to provide independent, third-party commissioning services beginning in the submittal review and construction phases and continuing through system acceptance and post-occupancy, as applicable.

Date: April 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT

A non-mandatory pre-qualification meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at the Engineering & Development, 311 E. Constitution St., Ste. 200, Victoria, TX 77901. A teleconference will also be available via Microsoft Teams. All respondents interested in submitting SOQs are encouraged to attend.
