Lazarus Project, LLC is seeking qualified construction contractors to carry out the new construction of a mixed-use building on .12 acres, including commercial space as well as twenty (20) single resident occupancy (SRO) housing units comprised of four (4) very-low income housing units and sixteen (16) low income housing units, to be located at 693 East Main Street, Waterbury, Connecticut (the "Project").
