New Columbus Park Development – Phase 1

Project Description: Project: New Columbus Park Development – Phase 1: The Work generally consists of improvements to the existing facilities which includes construction of ADA compliant paved parking stalls, an ADA compliant paved access path, basketball and pickleball court development, and project acknowledgement sign. The work locations are more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings.
The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows:

Bids will be received via the PennBid Program until 12:00 P.M., prevailing time, on August 25, 2026. Borough Council will accept bids at their regular meeting at 6:00 P.M., prevailing time, on August 26, 2026, at which time they will award, reject, table, or refer the bids to committee.

A Pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on August 12, 2026, at the office of the Owner. Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is not required, but it is recommended.
Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on August 18, 2026. All questions must be submitted through PennBid.
The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.
The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
