New Building for the Tontitown Police Department

SECTION 00 11 00 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the New Building for the Tontitown Police Department will be received until 10:30 am on
Tuesday, August 4, 2026, by the City of Tontitown in the Council Room located at City of Tontitown
Administration Building & City Hall, 235 E. Henri de Tonti Blvd., Tontitown, Arkansas and then publicly
opened and read aloud.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any and all bids.
Bid documents in PDF format may be obtained from Southern Reprographics. Printed copies can be
obtained at the bidder's expense through Southern Reprographic, 2905 Point Circle Fayetteville, AR 72704,
phone: (479) 582-4022, e-mail: styer@southernrepro.com. No partial sets will be issued.
Obtaining bidding documents through any source other than Southern Reprographics is not advisable due
to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information, and the Bidder runs the risk of basing his/her
proposal on such incomplete and inaccurate information. The documents obtained through Southern
Reprographics are considered the official version and take precedence if any discrepancies occur.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid. Each bid proposal shall include with it a bid
security in the amount of 5% of the total bid offered, if the bid is in excess of $20,000. The bidder will be
required to submit a bidder's deposit, which includes enclosing a cashier's check payable to the order of
the Owner drawn on a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas or by a corporate bid bond in an
amount equal to 5% of the bid.
Interested Contractors are strongly recommended to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be
held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, located at the City of Tontitown Administration Building & City
Hall, 235 E. Henri de Tonti Blvd., Tontitown, Arkansas.
All Contractors must be licensed on the day of the bid submittal. All bidders shall conform to the
requirements of Arkansas Contractors Licensing Law for Contractors. There shall be only one (1) bid
submitted per State Contractors License. Bidder's license shall be indicated on the bid form.
