Blue Line Franklin Station Renovation Design
Contract Number 25P213
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for consultant
services for the design, construction budget, and construction support of a major renovation of
the METRO Blue Line’s Franklin Light Rail Transit (LRT) Station. The intent of the Council is to
award one (1) professional services contract. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is
as follows:

For the purposes of this contract, the Council has established a 12% goal for Disadvantaged
