PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a requirement for New Biomed Workstation Furniture at located at 4300 W 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, equipment, permits, testing, installation and training on all listed furniture.
The contract is expected to be firm, fixed-priced. Installation shall start after a notice to proceed is issued. All work should be completed with fourteen (14) days.
This is a pre-solicitation notice only for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about December 4, 2024, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. Vendors should not submit formal quotes until the RFQ is posted on the website.
The solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 337127, with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. All interested parties must be listed in the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ as of the date of their proposal and be listed in VIP and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov , as of the date of award. Award will NOT be delayed for registration.
Note: Quotes shall provide a signed Limitation on Sub-Contracting and an authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
