New Automatic Transfer Switch for the Johnson Learning Center, Edison Hall, and Instructional Resource Center Buildings

Project Description: The purpose of these specifications is for the completion of a construction contract. This work will be performed at the Middlesex College campus in Edison, New Jersey, at the Johnson Learning Center, Edison Hall and Instructional Resource Center buildings.
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) with same kind or approved equal.
The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing any and all additional time and materials required to complete this project. The contractor shall remove existing Automatic Transfer Switches and deliver to the College’s receiving dock located at the Facilities Management Building. The College will then take possession of the equipment. The contractor shall provide all of the necessary labor, materials, tools and equipment and all additional components required to complete the work described for the completion of this project. The contractor shall provide all submittal documents and supply (3) three copies of O&M manuals.
