Sealed or electronic bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Monroe County, Mississippi, until 9:00 a.m. on March 21, 2025, at the Monroe County Chancery Building at 201 West Commerce Street, Aberdeen, MS 39730 for the purchase of One (1) New Asphalt Distributor Mounted on Truck Chassis for use of the Monroe County Road Department. Complete specifications are on file at the Monroe County Road Department, 101 Hwy 8 West, Aberdeen, Mississippi 39730 (662-369-2509). Please direct any questions concerning same to Daniel Williams, County Road Manager. Official bid documents may also be downloaded from CENTRAL BIDDING at www.centralbidding.com . For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. All bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelope “Asphalt Distributor Mounted on Truck Chassis to be opened March 21, 2025”. Sealed bids must be filed with the Clerk of the Board or by electronic submission on or before said bid time. The Monroe County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors this the 3rd day of February, 2025.
