The Metropolitan Council (Council) is soliciting proposals for the following services: full-service
advertising agency to serve as a strategic partner in the development and execution of integrated
marketing and communications initiatives. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:

RFP Issue Date April 7, 2026

Pre-Proposal Meeting April 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST
Questions Due April 22, 2026

Proposals Due May 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST
Award July 2026
