CITY OF PINE BLUFF ANIMAL CONTROL DEPARTMENT
REQUEST FOR PR0P0SALS
NEW ABOVE FLOOR KENNEL SYSTEM
The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas will receive Proposals until 2:00 P.M., November 20, 2025 at City Clerk, 200 East 8th Avenue, City Hall, Room 202, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71601 from qualifying Vendors for a New above Floor Kennels System located at 901 North Haverty Street Pine Bluff Arkansas. All Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope. Proposals received after specified opening time will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud.
Specifications may be examined and are obtainable from Pine Bluff Animal Control Department, 901 Haverty Street Pine Bluff, Arkansas. at no cost.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, choose the most qualified bidder for the Project, and to postpone award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date.

The City hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
