REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Comprehensive Master Plan

The City of Fernley (City) wishes to engage an Assessment Engineer to develop an assessment methodology and prepare an Assessment Engineer’s report.  Mark IV Capital has petitioned the City of Fernley for the formation of a Special Assessment District (SAD) under the developer petition method for the Victory Logistics District development and other benefiting landowners, to finance eligible public improvements for the existing and proposed Nevada Pacific Parkway. The SAD will include all benefiting parcels.

Information packets regarding the content of the RFP will be available at the City of Fernley, City Manager's Office, 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, Nevada, or at www.cityoffernley.org under Bid Postings under the tab Request for Proposals. To receive the information packet by email, please call (775) 784-9869.  The deadline for submitting the RFP is 5:00 p.m. Local Time, October 3rd, 2025.

Respondents shall provide three (3) hard copies plus one (1) electronic version in PDF format.

Submittals must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on October 3rd, 2025.
