Philadelphia International Airport (“PHL” or the “Airport”) and the City’s Procurement Department are seeking qualified Applicants for the right to provide a network programming package (“Network Programming”) at Philadelphia International Airport (“PHL”). The City’s objective is to enter into a contract with an established and responsible business entity, who demonstrates expertise in providing, installing, maintaining, and producing, at its sole cost, all service equipment as necessary to provide Network Programming at the Airport. Network Programming should include a combination of news, information and entertainment television programming material that is professionally produced and provided by the Concessionaire.
