NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER CONSTRUCTION. The City of Willmar, Minnesota, is soliciting proposals from qualified trades to perform HVAC and Electrical work in the Willmar Connect Network Operations Center. Willmar Connect is an open-access fiber optic network owned by the City. All head-end infrastructure will be housed in an existing City-owned building. This building will become the Network Operations Center. The full RFP can be found on the City’s website . Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Jonah Johnson, I.T. Director at jjohnson@willmarconnect.com . Proposals must be received by 10 a.m. on Sept. 14.
