2025 NEST "Ready it Rains" Calendar

Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide printing services for the NEST 2025 "Ready it Rains" County calendar. The County will provide an electronic print-ready file (PDF) of the calendar to the awarded print vendor by Friday, November 8, 2024. The awarded vendor will provide a print-ready color proof to the County for review and approval by Friday, November 22, 2024. A request for 13,000 color final copies of the calendar to be printed and delivered to the various locations as shown below, with specifications as follows:

a. 11” x 17” paper that folds to 11” x 8.5.”

b. Twenty-four (24) pages + cover.

c. 4/4 process color (this will be bleed on all 4 sides.)

d. Saddle Stitch.

e. Cover: Eighty-pound (80 lb) matte white recycled paper for the cover.

f. Text Pages: Eighty-pound (80 lb) matte white recycled paper for the inside text.

g. Drill one (1/4 inch) hole for hanging calendar.

h. The calendar must be produced with stock that is made from recycled (percentage of post-consumer waste) and sustainably produced wood.

Delivery requirements: the order must be completed and delivered by noon on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, to the locations specified below:

Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price. All Bidders must submit a minimum of 3 references demonstrating experience providing the products specified in this bid. All references must be provided using the reference form provided in OpenGov Procurement to be deemed responsive and responsible.
DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method.
