NEPHA Public Health Shared Services Strategic Plan

Tyngsborough- The NorthEast Public Health Alliance, for which Tyngsborough serves as the fiscal lead,  is seeking proposals from firms to provide support to clearly articulate and demonstrate its value to stakeholders, including municipal leadership, Boards of Health, partner agencies, and community members. This initiative will build a unified narrative, data-informed visuals, and a clear roadmap. RFP documents will be available beginning on Monday, January 26, 2026  online by visiting www.tyngsboroughma.gov/bids.aspx or in person for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 at 25 Bryant Lane, Tyngsborough MA 01879. Sealed proposals are due by 10:00 AM on February 23, 2026 at Town Hall, 25 Bryant Lane, Tyngsborough MA 01879 at which time they will be publicly opened.
