Neoserra Annual Cloud Subscription renewal – OUTREACHSYSTEMS COM

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Employment & Economic Development (DEED), intend to enter into an agreement up to 2 years with OUTREACHSYSTEMS COM for continued, uninterrupted use of Neoserra Annual Subscription (10-User), a Neoserra Hosted One-Time Setup (No Data Conversion), and eCenter Direct Annual Subscription and cloud-hosting services to be renewed.

Neoserra meets the specialized qualifications of interfacing and transmitting client data on a confidential and secured basis each quarter by the DEED Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) with the EDMIS (Entrepreneurial Development Management Information System) database used by the Federal Grant Agency (US Small Business Administration). This data transfer is a requirement of receiving the SBDCs grant.

OUTREACHSYSTEMS COM retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary of Neoserra cloud-hosting services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
