Scope of Services
The City of Kissimmee is soliciting Requests for Proposals for Design-Build Contractor services for new construction of a residential single-family unit to be built on property owned by the City.
This project will be funded through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is a federal program promulgated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to enable state and local governments to address the high rate of foreclosures impacting our communities.
The project consists of Contractor services at 219 Randolph Avenue, Kissimmee, FL 34741 (PROJECT). The City will not reimburse Proposers for costs incurred in the preparation, submittal and/or participation in the RFP process.
In responding to the RFP, the City is looking for approaches that will prioritize project activities and ensure accountability, responsibility, and deliver project activities on time and within budget.
