The contractor shall construct a new well at the Negrito Fire Base to replace the existing well system, which was deemed
irreparable due to a crushed drop pipe and fallen pitless adaptor. Work shall include drilling, casing installation, surface
prep, and complete assembly of a functional water system. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local
regulations. The well should be as close as to the existing well as possible/feasible and should be connected into the
existing distribution system. Contractor is responsible for all labor, tools, equipment, permitting, and materials.
